I had hired a different pool contractor that was a disaster and ending up firing them. I found Victor h=at Happy Pools and contacted him. He called me back within an hour and was at my house the next day to give us an estimate. The price was fair and he started the next day. His crews were very professional and curteous and answered any questioned that we had. I would highly recommend using Victor and Happy Pools. We only had our tiles replaced and new Diamond Brite laid but with the service that he provided, I'm sure for new contruction as well, you won't be disappointed.

Victor and his team were experienced and personable. The work was done very nicely to my satisfaction however they need to work on their timing. A three day quoted job took six days.

The owner Victor was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was willing to negotiate on the payment options in fact I did not pay anything until the whole job was completed. They did finish two days late even after not working three days. The workers were competent and considerate on the work site.

Simply AWESOME. I wish I would of known about Happy Pools before building the pool. They installed the heater the same day I talked to them. The workers were extremely nice, helpful, courteous, and extremely professional. Cost, workmanship, and customer service are all A+++++
